Employee Package

Some dealers make arrangements with area employers to offer their employees special pricing on their new and used cars. This motivates the employees of that company to shop at the particular dealer when they are looking for their next car. The price is usually quite a bit reduced, and therefore brings in quite a bit of income to the dealer.

Employee packages are also offered to the employees of the car manufacturer and car dealer. This encourages the people working for that particular automotive company to shop with their employer.

A recent trend in car dealerships has been to off employee pricing to their general customers in limited time promotions. This can be a great way to save some money on your next car purchase, if you watch the ads carefully. Employee pricing deals often incorporate factory to dealer incentives or rebate offers to make up the discount offered to the customers. Keep in mind that employee pricing deals are usually limited time offers, and are often dealer-specific.
